Our Company builds products and brands that make everyday life simpler, healthier, and more sustainable. We operate four brands (Bambaw, Bambaw Cozy, Oravix, Arista) sold across Europe, the USA, and Canada.
To keep growing our social presence across all brands, we are looking for a Social Media Manager to own the content direction, build the production system, and grow our communities on Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and beyond.
Who We're Looking For
We're seeking a structured and creative Social Media Manager who can:
* Set clear content direction across 4 brands and multiple platforms.
* Build and run a content production system through a team of coordinators and external creators.
* Grow engaged communities while keeping them safe and on-brand.
* Use performance data to continuously improve what we publish.
You must be comfortable directing others, maintaining quality standards across brands, and making decisions based on data rather than gut feeling alone.
If you enjoy combining creative direction, team coordination, and analytical thinking, this role is for you.
Your Responsibilities
1. Own Content Direction & Social Presence
Set the visual and narrative direction for each brand on each platform. Define quality standards and maintain gold-standard examples the team works from.
Track content performance monthly and use data to refine creative direction.
2. Amplify Product Launches and campaigns
Translate launch narratives into clear social content plans across formats and platforms.
Ensure all launch content is ready and scheduled before deadlines, coordinating with Studio and influencer outreach.
3. Manage the Social Team & Creators
Lead 2 Social Media Coordinators, 1 Influencer Outreach Specialist, and 3-5 external content creators.
Brief creators clearly, review deliverables, manage timelines, and build workflows that scale across brands.
4. Protect Community Health & Brand Safety
Design the moderation system: tone, escalation paths, and response SLAs. Your Coordinators execute day-to-day.
Own the social crisis protocol when brand issues surface publicly.
5. Turn Social Signals Into Brand Improvements
Deliver a monthly Social Intelligence Brief to Brand Managers with community themes and competitive insights.
Propose updates to governance, FAQs, or messaging based on what the community is telling us.
Requirements
Must-Have
* 3–5 years of experience in social media management with at least 1 year managing a team or coordinating external creators.
* Experience directing content production for a consumer brand (DTC, FMCG, or sustainability-adjacent preferred).
* Experience managing multiple brands or product lines simultaneously.
* Experience managing freelance or external content creators (briefing, review, feedback).
* Strong understanding of Instagram and TikTok (formats, algorithms, audience behavior).
* Analytical mindset: comfortable with platform analytics and using data to drive content decisions.
* Structured and disciplined way of working. Comfortable with tools like Asana, Later, or Sprout Social.
* Clear communicator who escalates risks early and gives actionable creative feedback.
* Fluent English (written and spoken).
Nice-to-Have
* Community building experience (not just posting, but growing and moderating engaged communities).
* Influencer partnership management end-to-end.
* Experience in sustainability or mission-driven brands.
* E-commerce awareness (understanding the link between social content and commercial outcomes).
What We Offer
* Full ownership of the social presence across four brands within a growing international group.
* A team to build and lead: coordinators, outreach specialist, and external creators.
* Direct impact on brand visibility, community growth, and launch success.
* A structured environment where clarity, discipline, and data-driven decisions matter. xphnsxz
