Key Responsibilities
Performance Management & Reporting
* Support month-end close and analyze variances versus budget and forecast
* Prepare and lead performance reviews with operational teams
* Drive the budgeting and forecasting process for your area
* Ensure accuracy and consistency of financial data
* Provide actionable financial insights to support decision-making
* Contribute to cross-functional initiatives and strategic projects
Analysis & Cost Control
* Challenge performance and identify opportunities for improvement
* Build robust business cases for investments
* Identify risks and propose mitigation or opportunity plans
* Monitor and optimize costs in a demanding environment
* Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights
* Actively contribute to achieving financial targets
Business Partnering & Projects
* Serve as the Finance point of contact for business stakeholders
* Influence and support decision-making at all levels
* Collaborate with teams across countries and functions
* Support strategic projects, including ROI, performance, and transformation initiatives
* Champion financial governance and best practices
* Build strong, trusted relationships with key stakeholders
Profile
* 7+ years proven experience in Finance Business Partnering / FP&A :
* Ability to balance strategic thinking with attention to detail
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication and influencing abilities
* Experience with financial planning tools (Adaptive Planning an advantage)
* Fluent in English & French
