KONE BeLux has an exiting opportunity for a Feedback Coordinator, responsible for managing warranty parts and coordinating the related continuous improvement.

Responsibilities:

1. Coordinate the management of observations and non-conformities of guaranteed parts and paid supplies;
2. Gather & identify correct & timely the needed information related to non-conformities requiring material delivery;
3. Act as an interface between team leaders, project managers and our factories, in order to facilitate the tracking of purchase order deliveries for factory warranties so as to meet our contractual commitments;
4. Support the field operations with technical expertise to identify and describe the problem and material;
5. Provide descriptions and argumentations about the non-conformities to ensure a quick resolution of the cases and quick delivery of replacements;
6. Defining root cause problems and formulating improvements to our processes to prevent that the same issues arise again;
7. Ensure a fluent and transparent communication between the field and supply teams;
8. Keep relevant tools such as Quality Feedback Tool (Appian) up-to-date;
9. Take charge, using project management methodology, of developments or new processes and tools linked to the factory equipment warranty. Participate in continuous improvement meetings, processing the management of the Group's related technical warranties, and defining quality improvement action plans.

Profile

10. You have a technical background & have a proven experience in a similar role;
11. You are strong in building internal networks and can rely on your communication skills to do so;
12. You have a results-oriented hands-on drive and sense of entrepreneurship;
13. Good digital skills and administrative skills (dealing with systems), cost awareness, commercial and financial skills;
14. You can express yourself fluently in Dutch and English or French;
15. You are someone who is always looking for new opportunities to develop yourself;
16. You have a commercial affinity and insist that every customer is satisfied;
17. Stress resistant, able to switch quickly, customer oriented and creative in solutions.
