New coworkers will receive an onboarding training, adequate training sessions, individual guidance and self-study training time before starting in the warehouse operational team.
Major Responsibilities
- Accurately process inventory receipts ensuring correct matching to purchase orders, documentation of approvals, quality checks and adherence to policies.
- Receiving of biohazard products (blood bags, viral vectors, ...) in a controlled temperature environment. Following strict Work Instructions (WI) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) to repack and relabel temperature sensitive materials in due time to ensure the product remains frozen and the quality is governed.
- Working with equipment and material stored at cryogenic temperatures in Liquid Nitrogen (LN2) & passive dry ice shippers. Using the proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to ensure a safe working environment and proper handling of cryo-frozen material. Following procedures to ensure both product quality and personal health & safety are followed at all times.
- Fill out the Master Inspection Checks (MIC) for incoming materials including: transport unloading, temperature control, integrity control, administrative paperwork related to following correct procedures.

Minimum: Associate's degree or High-School Diploma.
Note: Recommended: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Accounting or Business
Experience:
A minimum of relevant warehouse experience is required with a strong affinity to the pharmaceutical environment.
Capabilities, Knowledge, and skills:
- knowledge English: very good /Dutch: good
- Detail oriented character with a strong affinity to perform administrative work, fill out forms, logbooks, follow regular trainings.
- Ability to work independently and successfully, prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously, integrate cross-functional issues and balance competing priorities effectively. Must be able to manage shifting priorities to meet critical deadlines in a fast paced and dynamic, growing environment.
- Strength in communicating and working effectively with broad stakeholders in various scientific/technical/business disciplines.
- Very strong influencing capabilities with an ability to interact and communicate effectively at all levels of the organization and across different functions.
- Ability to promote a mindset of continuous improvement, problem solving, and prevention.
- Strong analytical and data entry skills.
- Technologically savvy with the ability to quickly adopt new systems and processes. Proficient in Excel, Word, and exposure to ERP and other financial accounting systems.

In this position you will be required to work in a shift regime : Early, Late and frequently in weekend (4 days work and 4 days off), We can provide more info on the specific regime during our first contact.
