En tant que Field Clinical Specialist en Cardiac Rhythm Management (CRM) chez Boston Scientific, vous serez à l’avant‑garde de l’innovation médicale.
Vous fournirez un support technique et clinique de haut niveau en salle de cathétérisme ou au bloc opératoire. Vous présenterez et formerez les parties prenantes internes et externes à l’ensemble des produits et services Boston Scientific. Vous collaborerez étroitement avec nos équipes de ventes, d'électrophysiologie et du management afin de développer et mettre en œuvre la stratégie produit et commerciale sur votre territoire, en veillant à atteindre les objectifs avec précision et professionnalisme.
Responsabilités principales
1. Fournir un support technique et clinique expert sur l’ensemble du portefeuille CRM et CDx : stimulateurs cardiaques, défibrillateurs, thérapie de resynchronisation, moniteur cardiaque implantable.
2. Lancer les nouvelles technologies Boston Scientific et optimiser l’utilisation des technologies existantes.
3. Agir comme contact clinique/technique principal avec le responsable de compte sur votre territoire, en assurant un support sur site et à distance.
4. Former les clients à l’utilisation optimale des produits et services Boston Scientific.
5. Assurer une formation continue des parties prenantes internes et externes.
6. Interagir avec les clients sur des aspects cliniques et techniques à un niveau professionnel élevé.
7. Mettre en place des projets multidisciplinaires et à long terme (éducatifs, techniques, cliniques).
8. Construire des relations solides et durables avec les clients.
9. Contribuer activement à la stratégie définie en collaboration avec l’ensemble de l’équipe.
10. Identifier des opportunités de croissance en passant du temps avec les cliniciens et en analysant leurs besoins et défis.
11. Développer une connaissance approfondie du marché, du territoire ou de la région, et de leur impact sur les clients.
12. Maintenir une compréhension des produits concurrents dans votre domaine d’expertise et conseiller les clients de manière appropriée.
13. Contribuer à la planification des comptes avec le responsable de compte.
Compétences et qualifications requises
14. 3 à 5 ans d’expérience en support de dispositifs médicaux
15. Diplôme en sciences de la santé (kinésithérapie, éducation physique, soins infirmiers) ou également biomédical, bio‑ingénierie, ingénierie biomédicale
16. Affinité particulière pour la cardiologie/électrophysiologie
17. Niveau langue maternelle en français et bonnes connaissances en anglais
18. Profil analytique, technique, proactif et orienté résolution de problèmes
19. Volonté d’apprentissage continu
20. Expérience en électrophysiologie, cathlab ou bloc opératoire
21. Excellentes compétences en communication
22. Esprit d’équipe

24. Permis de conduire en règle
25. Déplacements quotidiens en Belgique et Luxembourget voyages internationaux occasionnels

Compétences et qualifications souhaitées
27. Expérience confirmée en dispositifs cardiaques implantables et/ou en électrophysiologie
28. Solide expérience clinique en milieu hospitalier
29. Plus de 5 ans d’expérience clinique en cardiologie/électrophysiologie ou dans l’industrie des dispositifs médicaux
About the role
As a Field Clinical Specialist in Cardiac Rhythm Management at Boston Scientific you will be in the forefront of medical innovation.
You will be providing high-end technical and clinical support in the cathlab or operating room. Introduce and train internal and external stakeholders on the full suite of Boston Scientific products and services. And you will collaborate in a close relationship with our dynamic Sales, Electrophysiology and management team to effectively develop and implement the product and business strategy for the territory and ensure that objectives are met in a precise and competent manner.
Key Responsibilities
30. Provide expert technical and clinical support on the full CRM and CDx portfolio: Pacemakers, Defibrillators, Resynchronization Therapy, Implantable Loop Recorders
31. Launching Boston Scientific’s newest technologies and optimizing use of existing technologies
32. Act as the primary clinical/technical contact together with the account manager in your territory, offering on-site and remote support.
33. Educating customers on optimal product and service use of Boston Scientific products
34. Continuous education of internal and external stakeholders
35. Engaging customers from a clinical and technical perspective by having high level professional interactions
36. Set up multi-disciplinary and long term projects (educational, technical, clinical)
37. Build long term strong relationships with customers
38. Actively contribute to the agreed strategy in collaboration with the full team
39. Identifies opportunities to drive account growth through spending time with clinicians and asking questions to uncover needs and challenges
40. Proactively builds knowledge of the market you operate in, the territory or region, and how it impacts customers
41. Builds and maintains insight into competitor products in own area of expertise, advising customers appropriately
42. Contribute actively to the account planning with the account manager
Required skills and competencies
43. 3-5 years of medical device support experience
44. Have a physiotherapy or sport or nursing degree with cardiac specialization and a passion for cardiology/electrophysiology or Biomedical, Bio engineering, Biomedical Engineer
45. Native French and English required
46. Analytical, technical, proactive, and problem-solving oriented
47. Lifelong learning
48. Experience in the EP-, cathlab or operating room
49. Strong communication skills

52. Driver’s license in good standing
53. Extensive travelling by car in Belgium and occasional international travel
54. Flexibility in working hours ( daily changing agenda)
Preferred skills and competencies
55. Proven track record in Cardiac Implantable Electronic Devices and/or in Electrophysiology
56. Strong clinical experience in a hospital setting
57. 5+ years of clinical experience in cardiology/electrophysiology or the medical device industry
