We are looking for a recent graduate or junior professional with a background in banking, economics or business management, and interest in ESG, for a freelance contract.Role responsibilitiesSupport the coordination of ESG initiatives across the Enterprises segment, covering both Midcap and SME clientsHelp Relationship Managers integrate ESG topics into client conversationsAct as a connector between front-office teams and internal ESG expertsFollow up on ESG-related assignments and provide visibility on progressSupport reporting and tracking of ESG actionsHelp simplify ESG processes and embed ESG topics into daily commercial activitiesContribute to a pragmatic and business-oriented ESG approachRequired profileA Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in economics, business management or a related fieldIdeally up to 2 years of experience, preferably in banking or financial services.
