Responsibilities
Set ambitious strategic direction for Product & Portfolio Marketing, Digital Marketing, and Trade Marketing.
Lead, develop and inspire the local Vileda Marketing team (7 direct reports) in their own areas of responsibility, acting as a people coach in line with company leadership standards.
Drive the development and execution of the Vileda Country Marketing Plan in the 3 countries, ensuring delivery of all KPIs (market share, brand awareness, penetration, innovation impact, etc.).
Coordinate the full product portfolio and go-to-market strategy across the entire lifecycle, grounded in consumer, shopper, and retailer insights.
Enhance the development of the Omnichannel Media strategy including planning, agency management, performance tracking across the full funnel, and ROI optimization.
Monitor market dynamics, consumer trends, and competitive movements, providing strategic input to Regional and Global teams.
Oversee the Advertising & Promotion budget, ensuring efficient allocation and maximizing ROI.
Act as brand ambassador, ensuring strong positioning and consistent communication aligned with the Global Brand Team and actively contribute to the EMEA Marketing Leadership community by sharing insights and best practices.
Qualifications
Master's degree in business administration, Marketing or a related field.
Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in Marketing, with a strong background in FMCG environments.
Proven leadership experience managing a team, agencies, external partners and cross-functional stakeholders.
Demonstrated expertise in Media Management and Digital Marketing, with a solid understanding of omnichannel activation.
Strong commercial acumen, including a deep understanding of financial KPIs, P&L management and value creation; sales experience is a plus.
Advanced analytical capability, with hands‑on experience using market intelligence tools such as IRI, Nielsen or equivalent.
Excellent communication, leadership and influencing skills, with the ability to operate effectively in complex, matrix and multicultural organizations.
Fluent in English, good level of French and Dutch will be considered a plus.
