Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and mentor a team of experienced software engineers through the full development lifecycle from concept and prototyping to delivery and maintenance.
* Plan and lead agile ceremonies including sprint planning standups demos product refinement and retrospectives.
* Act as a coach and facilitator to promote agile values continuous improvement and team self-management.
* Ensure timely high-quality delivery of software features and enhancements in collaboration with the Product Owner and stakeholders.
* Identify and eliminate impediments to keep the team focused and productive.
* Set goals evaluate performance and support career development for your team members.
* Provide visibility into progress risks and metrics.
* Champion new ideas processes and technologies to enhance team output and software quality.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science IT or related field is required.
3+ years of experience leading software development teams in an agile environment is required.
Strong problem-solving communication and coaching skills are essential.
Able to manage change constructively and promote a culture of learning and adaptability is required.
Language Requirements:
* English: Fluent
* Dutch: Very Good
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience with medical software or regulated environments is desired.
* Scrum Master certification CSM PSM or equivalent is preferred.
