Case Management Integration Specialist (Remote/Spain Only)
We are looking for an experienced Case Management / BPM Technical Architect to support a major Trade Finance Financial Crime (FinCrime) transformation program. The role focuses on the design and implementation of a decoupled case management solution, integrated with an existing Trade AI platform, to modernize and scale the financial crime operating model.
This is a fully remote position, working on a high‑impact, regulated program with strong visibility across technology and compliance stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
* Design and implement a case management solution within the Trade FinCrime ecosystem
* Define the end‑to‑end case lifecycle (case creation, investigation, escalation, resolution, audit)
* Decouple case management from existing tooling and ensure seamless integration with Trade AI
* Design and govern system integrations using APIs, microservices, and messaging patterns
* Translate business and regulatory requirements into robust technical architectures
* Ensure compliance, auditability, traceability, and data governance
* Collaborate with IT, compliance, and operations teams across multiple geographies
Required Skills & Experience
* Strong experience implementing or designing case management or BPM platforms
* Solid background in system architecture and integrations (APIs, microservices, messaging)
* Experience working in regulated environments, preferably Financial Crime, AML, or Trade Finance
* Ability to operate in a technical‑functional role, close to business and compliance stakeholders
* Experience defining workflows, roles, controls, and integration models
Nice to Have
* Hands‑on experience with BPM / Case Management tools such as Pega, Appian, Camunda, IBM BPM, Flowable
* Knowledge of Trade Finance processes
* Experience working in large, complex banking environments
This role suits a senior technical architect or senior integration specialist who understands how to build scalable, compliant case management solutions in complex, regulated ecosystems.
