Onepoint Belgium is currently recruiting an HR Manager to play a key role within the organization by placing people at the heart of the company's strategy.
As a true partner to employees and management, you are responsible for developing and implementing HR policies while ensuring a positive, human-centered, and high-performing employee experience throughout the entire employee lifecycle.
Responsibilities & Tasks
* Be the first point of contact within HR for employees regarding all HR-related topics.
* Be actively involved in the selection and recruitment process, working closely with our Talent Acquisition Manager.
* Conduct trainings, follow-up, evaluations, coaching, absences, etc.
* Ensure that employees feel supported throughout the entire employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding.
* Guide employees in matters related to both personal and professional topics.
* Support managers in coaching and following up with their team members
* Contribute to shaping the overall internal HR policy.
* Participate in HR projects (which may also relate to the entire organization) and take the lead on projects when required.
* Execute HR processes, analyse them, and critically review them with a focus on optimization and efficiency.
* Work closely with and report directly to the Director.
* Organize events and bootcamps
* Collaborate actively with our headquarters in Paris
* You are responsible for our 2 Belgian offices (Brussels & Zele)
Job Requirements
* You hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR related-topics, or equivalent by experience.
* You are naturally communicative and approachable, while also being discreet and trustworthy.
* You have a warm personality and radiate positive energy.
* You are eager to learn, driven, dynamic, and proactive.
* You are able to work well with different personalities and maintain a mature and professional work ethic.
* You have a solid knowledge of social and labour legislation.
* You demonstrate the necessary flexibility.
* You have an excellent command of Dutch, French, and English.
