EMEA Product Manager DSO
Special markets are dental clinic and laboratory chains (DSO’s), tender business and governmental business. As Product Manager DSO, you are the first point of contact for local sales organizations in supporting with product knowledge, portfolio and pricing strategies, as well as marketing communication tools and educational support for those markets. This is a hybrid role designed to bridge product management and commercial tactics and to develop of the GC Dental business within special market segment in EMEA. In this role you will be reporting directly to the Marketing Director and work closely with VP Sales EMEA.
Main responsibilities:
1. Commercial
Developing and executing sales strategies and tactics in special markets according to company’s targets, including adapted pricing policies on DSO/ Country & EMEA level Preparing tailor made full offering concept including products, services and education for special markets.
2. Marketing communication Creating and maintaining adequate marketing communication tools which can be used by local sales branches (incl. CSR reports, Workflow leaflets, sponsoring seminars and continuing education programs, providing studies and product information to customers).
3. Product line development
Working together with product management, e.g.: building attractive product offerings for special markets based on existing product lines and propose universal workflows to promote efficiency and added value for DSO’s.
4. Education Develop educational programs which can be used locally, online or during courses in GCE’s campus facilities
5. Coordination
Overseeing pan-European DSO organizations achievements of monthly, quarterly and annual targets and providing guidance for the local sales organizations. Coordinate and work closely together with the DSO’s managers in the markets. Collecting and analyzing sell out data from special markets for management.
Requirements:
6. Bachelor’s or master’s degree in dental or Marketing / Product Management or an equal by experience.
7. At least 5 years' experience in product management or sales function in the dental industry and preferably a dental education
8. Experience in project management and solid analytical skills
9. Dynamic, straight-forward and performance-driven professional with strong sense of responsibility and execution abilities, can-do attitude
10. Strong communication, presentation skills and cross-cultural orientation
11. Team-work abilities with good coordination skills
12. Self-starter with ability to develop things, using previous product management experience
13. Passion for dentistry
14. Affinity with marketing communication tools and activities
15. Excellent command of English (speaking and writing) is a must, other languages are a plus
16. Willingness to travel about 10-20% of the working time.
17. Strong business ethics and integrity
18. Knowledge in MS Office, especially in Excel
