We are currently looking for a:
Product Manager Direct Restoratives
Purpose of the job:
As a Product Manager Direct Restoratives you lead the development and management of part of our direct restoratives product line. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product management, dental materials, and a passion for driving product success in the dental industry.
Main Responsibilities:
1. You work with the global team towards the launch of innovative =restorative materials in the EMEA market
2. You guide existing products through their life cycles
3. Your ability to analyse the market and the competition, combined with your professional experience, enables you to steer the product portfolio in new directions and position products where they attract the right target groups
4. Assist in developing sales tools (brochures, guidelines, website and all media), training materials, and field sales and customer communications to support sales and the customer and address any product line issues
5. In your interface functions you maintain a constant exchange of information with all departments relevant to the company, in particular Sales, Marketing, Training & Education and R&D
6. You work with opinion leaders and influential end-users for product testing, trainings to sales teams and for clinical cases
7. You create and maintain product documentation, train and support the sales organization, develop marketing campaigns with cross functional teams
8. You monitor the sales of your product range and analyse the effect of marketing activities on regional sales
9. Assist in the development of marketing strategies and tactics to drive demand for GC products
10. Support the organization, development and facilitation of meetings with opinion leaders or sales teams
11. You contribute to new product creation by collecting Voice of Customers and gathering product ideas
Requirements:
12. You have a degree in dentistry or a Master’s degree in a related field.
13. professional experience in the dental industry is preferred
14. Ability to work in a structured but fast manner with great personal initiative,
15. Fluency in both written and oral English
16. Knowledge of German/French is a plus (spoken)
17. Project Management skills, able to steer a project team
18. Ability to meet deadlines and set correct priorities
19. Critical thinking and analysis of market conditions and opportunities
20. Strong communication skills at any level
21. Minimum 5 years’ experience is a plus
22. Ability to travel up to 20% of the time
