* Manage IT assets, inventories, and workplace technologies.
* Handle user account administration (AD).
* Log, prioritize, and escalate IT service requests.
* Troubleshoot PCs, networks, servers, firewalls, and security systems.
* Maintain IT policies, DR plans, procedures, and documentation.
* Monitor system performance, backups, patching, and security compliance.
* Manage IT vendor relationships, contracts, and service quality.
* Support and lead local IT infrastructure projects with regional guidance.
* Collaborate with business leaders to resolve system issues and ensure smooth operations.
* Coordinate with Engineers on shopfloor & OT-related technologies.
* Support IT workplace & infrastructure for a plant and office.

* 5+ years of IT infrastructure or end‑user support experience.
* Strong understanding of ITIL and core IT operations.
* Good communication, problem‑solving, and project coordination skills.
* English proficiency (spoken and written).
* Technical skills: Windows OS/Server, Microsoft 365, Cisco networking, backup/AV tools, Android devices, Teams room systems.
* Nice to have: CCNA, Microsoft certifications, SCCM, ServiceNow, manufacturing IT experience.
