You have a hands-on mentality and can work independently.You will be the point of contact for the supplier, where they can turn to with all their questions to ensure their file is completed flawless. You will be based in St-Job.Your RoleFull follow up of your supplier files from A to Z:Placing orders with suppliers and closely monitoring delivery timesProcessing supplier orders accurately in SAPConfirming supplier orders to the Inside sales team and Backoffice colleaguesManaging and monitoring stock levels in relation to delivery deadlines and contractual agreements with the customer (in collaboration with your Sales colleagues)Acting as the first point of contact for complaints and attempting to resolve them independently in the first instanceYour ProfileExcellent knowledge of Dutch and English.Min of 3 years experience in a similar jobSolid IT skills: MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)SAP knowledge is a plus.
