Tasks:
* Order process management from the beginning to the end.
* Planning and booking of transportation orders via mail, phone, electronic data interchange
* Analysis of customer order plausibility
* Operational troubleshooting on a daily basis
* Keeping a constant overview of all outbound and inbound orders and shipments
* Coordination/follow up of the shipments
* Documentation/administration/filing/invoicing
Skills:

* Solid experience in logistics, transport management or dispatching
* Preferably a professional degree by a licensed educational institution
* Very strong computer literacy with Microsoft Software applications and other market leading
software applications. You are able to juggle between several software tools to keep an
overview of all inbound and outbound orders and shipments.
* Initiative and strong sense for organization in order to meet customer requirements.
* Polyvalent logistics experience (export/import) is an advantage
* Profound knowledge of English (oral and written) is a must, so you can communicate with your contact persons from all over Europe.
