We are looking for a Hotel Manager to oversee the full operational management of a small independent 3-star property (no F&B). The role combines hands‑on operations, team supervision, guest relations, and light commercial responsibilities.
This is an ideal opportunity for an autonomous, versatile manager with a strong sense of hospitality and a natural “on‑the‑floor” mindset.
Main Responsibilities
Daily Operations Management
* Oversee all hotel operations: front office, housekeeping, breakfast service, basic maintenance, etc.
* Ensure consistently high service standards and guest satisfaction, with a strong presence on the floor.
* Manage priorities, schedules, and unexpected situations with flexibility.
* Inspect rooms and public areas to maintain cleanliness, functionality, and brand standards.
Small Team Leadership
* Lead, support, and motivate a small operational team (reception, housekeeping).
* Handle recruitment, onboarding, and training of staff members.
* Coordinate schedules and maintain effective communication within the team.
Administration & Financial Follow‑Up
* Manage reservations, billing, cash handling, and daily administrative tasks.
* Monitor key performance indicators: occupancy, RevPAR, housekeeping costs, guest feedback…
* Liaise with suppliers and ensure operational budget control.
Commercial Development (for a sales‑oriented profile)
* Develop relationships with local businesses, partners, and travel agencies.
* Implement simple but effective initiatives to boost occupancy and visibility.
* Suggest and support promotional offers, online visibility improvements, and guest loyalty actions.
