Responsibilities
Customer Centricity:
* Be the trusted Technical Delivery Lead and advisor to large enterprise customers in the region. Engage at Senior/Executive level to understand customers’ overall Business and IT priorities, success measures, and challenges for the adoption of Microsoft Azure AI and GitHub at scale, platform engineering, and building cloud applications opportunities.
* Identify resolutions to technical blockers by leveraging subject matter expertise and use internal Microsoft processes for escalations to support and engineering. Act as the voice of the customer by driving new feedback into engineering, insights on usage and application patterns, and help accelerate solution delivery through Architectural Reviews, Proof of Concepts/MVP applications, environment setup, and code-with customers.
Business Impact:
* Consumption (Cloud & Unified Enhanced Solutions) growth – Drive next best action to develop new opportunities that enable Customer Success business results through 1) helping Customers get value from their Microsoft investments 2) enabling local teams to execute on programmatic motions.
* Enable adoption, delivery oversight, and escalation support for Cloud Adoption Factory engagements across all countries in the region.
* Role model technical leadership for the country CSAs in the region on all things related to the priority Innovate with Azure AI Apps and Agents. This includes milestone portfolio execution, supporting local teams on customer projects, ensuring healthy growth of ACR and Enhanced solutions for related services, meeting Factory adoption targets, technical escalations, fostering the creation of livewires and best practices.
Technical Leadership
Drive technical thought leadership and apply new learnings to support customers and internal teams skilling. Learn new technologies or services aligned to customer needs and common patterns seen in Cloud application development. Stay current with the latest Azure, AI, and GitHub capabilities, as well as cloud application patterns.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications (RQs)
* Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field AND proven experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, IT consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting OR equivalent experience.
* Proven experience working in a customer-facing role (internal and/or external).
Preferred Qualifications (PQs)
* Bachelor's Degree in relevant fields and several years of experience in relevant technical areas OR Master's Degree with some experience.
* Technical certifications in Cloud (e.g., Azure, AWS, Google, security certifications).
* Enterprise-scale technical experience with cloud and hybrid infrastructures, architecture designs, migrations, and technology management.
* Proficiency in Azure AI Foundry, AppPlat/Containers/Serverless, Azure Integration Service, DevOps, GitHub, and programming languages such as .NET, Java, JavaScript/Node.js, or Python.
