The Product Strategy & Innovation division plays a crucial role in crafting and implementing our vision and strategy to meet market demands effectively. It expands and strengthens the overall ecosystem through innovation, data, digital, and improves the value of our investment portfolio.
Role Overview
Euroclear’s Collateral Highway is a leading global architecture infrastructure for collateral management. We optimise access to liquidity for our clients and connect them to one of the world’s largest pools of collateral and counterparties. We help our clients to mobilise their collateral across borders, providers and time‑zones using our neutral and global open‑architecture infrastructure for collateral management, while ensuring security.
Euroclear’s Collateral Highway is entering a period of growth and transformation. This role plays a central part in supporting the Head of Product Management for Collateral Management & Securities Financing in shaping, articulating, and executing this change management.
The Business Manager will play a key role in implementing our strengthened Governance Framework for Collateral, driving business performance, leading transformation initiatives across our high‑performing team, and supporting product managers with strategy articulation, all while ensuring robust governance, effective stakeholder engagement, and alignment across global teams across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Execution
Partner with the Product Management Leads to articulate and implement the Collateral Management and Securities Financing strategy.
Translate strategic priorities into actionable plans, measurable targets, and deliverable initiatives aligned to the Collateral business objectives.
Business Management & Performance
Drive core business management disciplines, including planning, financial oversight, cost control, and performance tracking.
Establish and maintain management information (MI) and reporting frameworks to support decision‑making and performance visibility.
Change & Transformation
Lead and coordinate transformation initiatives across the Collateral Highway teams, with clear governance, ownership, and delivery focus.
Establish and monitor governance frameworks covering OKRs, KPIs, and delivery performance across the product portfolio.
Operating Model & Organisational Effectiveness
Contribute to the design and implementation of the target operating model and organisational structure.
Drive initiatives that improve scalability, efficiency, and effectiveness across the collateral business.
Governance, Risk & Control
Ensure robust governance across pricing, controls, and business processes.
Support compliance with regulatory and internal control requirements, including market changes.
Proactively identify risks and ensure appropriate mitigation and remediation actions are in place.
Stakeholder Engagement
Act as a key partner to senior stakeholders across Dealing, Sales, Client Service, Risk, Operations, and Technology.
People & Culture
Support the people agenda, contributing to high‑performing teams and leadership capability development.
Promote a culture of accountability, collaboration, and inclusion across the organisation.
Qualifications (Profile)
Solid experience in business management, transformation, or strategic roles within financial services, ideally in collateral management, securities financing, or market infrastructure.
Strong understanding of governance, performance management, and operating model design.
Proven ability to translate strategy into execution and manage complex, cross‑functional initiatives.
Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to operate effectively across senior and global audiences.
Structured, analytical mindset combined with pragmatism and delivery focus.
