As a Database Administrator (DBA), you provide a critical contribution to all installations and services provided by the company. You keep up-to-date on the top of your field in an ever changing, always improving area of data repositories. You will work together with a colleague DBA, operations and infrastructure IT team to manage and maintain our Oracle database environment and provide support to users (e.g., developers/devops/IT/OPS using the DB).
Responsibilities
* Provide support to users (e.g., developers/devops/IT/OPS using the DB).
* Ensure database security, proper access rights, and encrypted data.
* Troubleshoot all kinds of database problems.
Qualifications
* 5 years of experience as a Database Administrator.
* Data modeling and database design.
* Ensuring data integrity.
* Auto-didact (while we do invest in your growth, and applaud you for following courses, we see that being an auto-didact as part of your nature, is an indispensable asset).
