As a Strategy Consultant, you will work on high‑impact strategic engagements for major players in Belgium and across the world, supporting clients in shaping their future and delivering measurable business outcomes.
What You Will Do
Supporting the definition of corporate, business and growth strategies for clients.
Analyzing market trends, competitive landscapes, customer behaviors and financial performance.
Developing strategic recommendations and business cases to support executive decision‑making.
Contributing to operating model design, transformation roadmaps and value creation plans.
Translating strategy into actionable initiatives, often in collaboration with technology and industry experts.
Preparing high‑quality client deliverables, including presentations, analyses and executive materials.
Working closely with client teams and Accenture colleagues in multidisciplinary and international teams.

What We Are Looking For
Education
Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Management or a related field.
Experience
Typically 2–5 years of experience in strategy consulting or a relevant industry role.
Some specialization to a specific industry is a strong asset.
Skills
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
Ability to structure complex problems and synthesize insights into clear recommendations.
Solid business acumen and interest in strategy and transformation topics.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including presentation development.
Ability to work effectively in team‑based, fast‑paced environments.
