Meet the team Reporting directly to the Group Finance Director, the Group Tax Manager is a key member of the Group Finance team. In this role, you will work closely with the CFO, Country Finance teams, Legal, auditors, tax advisors, shareholders, and tax authorities. You will act as the go-to expert for all tax matters across the Group, with broad exposure, end-to-end ownership, and strong visibility at senior level. Responsibilities Your role In this strategic and hands-on position, you will take end-to-end responsibility for tax compliance, tax accounting, risk management, and tax planning across the Group. Your scope includes: Transfer Pricing policies and documentation CbC reporting, Pillar 2, and DAC6 Corporate income tax, WHT, VAT, and tax grouping IFRS tax accounting and Group tax reporting Tax audits, tax risk management, and internal controls Tax planning, financing structures, restructurings, and M&A Qualifications Who are you You bring: 8–12 years of relevant tax experience A Big 4 background, ideally combined with multinational exposure Strong knowledge of international tax, Transfer Pricing, and IFRS tax accounting Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills A proactive, hands-on, and business-oriented mindset Fluency in English Why Euroports?
