As part of our growth in the Belgian market, they are looking for a Pharmaceutical Sales Representative with expérience in this sector to strengthen their presence in Flemish Brabant, Antwerp, Limburg and surrounding areas.
As a Pharmaceutical Sales Representative, you are the main point of contact for independent pharmacies and pharmacy groups within your territory.
Your mission is to develop and strengthen the presence of their brands by actively prospecting, building strong relationships, and maximizing visibility in pharmacies.
⚠️ No medical visits: your focus is exclusively on pharmacies and pharmacy groups.
Key Responsibilities:
• Actively prospect and identify new partner pharmacies within your territory (Flemish Brabant, Antwerp, Limburg, etc.)
• Develop and retain a portfolio of pharmacies and pharmacy groups
• Negotiate commercial agreements and implement tailored business conditions
• Train pharmacy teams on their products, sales protocols and Eco-Biology philosophy
• Ensure optimal product visibility: merchandising, shelf positioning and in-store materials
• Organize commercial activities: in-store animations, client events, product training sessions
• Achieve sales and territory development targets
• Ensure administrative follow-up and reporting through the internal CRM tool
• Participate in sales meetings and training sessions to stay aligned with brand strategies
