Job Overview
The Litigations team, part of the Customers & Accounts Lifecycle Management department, is responsible for handling garnishments through bailiff's writs, judicial letters, or tax notifications.
Main Responsibilities:
* You are in charge of managing, analyzing, and processing your cases.
* You maintain direct contact with the commercial network, tax authorities, bailiffs, lawyers, and clients.
* You are proactive in suggesting potential improvements to your management and have the opportunity to contribute to various projects.
* You frequently collaborate with robotic systems in your work.

* You are skilled at collecting and thoroughly analyzing information with precision and efficiency.
* You consistently prioritize the client in all aspects of your work.
* You work well within a team environment.
* You communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, ideally in both national languages.
* You possess a law degree and/or have relevant experience in managing legal cases.
* You have strong proficiency in both Dutch and French.
