Account Manager – Interior Design & High-End Fixtures

Our client, a prestigious company specializing in the design and manufacture of high-quality interior fittings is currently looking for an Account Manager to support its growth in Belgium.
With a long-standing reputation for excellence, this company collaborates closely with renowned architects, interior designers and developers to supply exceptional products to luxury hotels, private residences, and public buildings. Its production is proudly based in Brussels, combining craftsmanship, innovation, and aesthetic precision.
Your Role
As Account Manager, you will take an active part in the development and expansion of the company’s sales activities within both small- and large-scale design projects. You will be responsible for:
* Managing and growing relationships with key stakeholders: architects, decorators, developers, contractors, installers, and distributors
* Identifying and approaching new business opportunities and untapped markets
* Promoting the company’s exclusive range of premium interior design products
* Training and supporting distribution partners and their sales teams to ensure accurate, impactful product representation to end clients
Your Profile
* You hold a Bachelor’s degree or have equivalent experience in a commercial role
* You are perfectly Dutch speaker, with a solid command of English
* You are dynamic, proactive and customer-oriented, with excellent interpersonal skills
* Organized and autonomous, you combine strategic thinking with operational efficiency
* You are proficient in MS Office and CRM tools
* Experience in the luxury or high-end design sector is a strong asset
