What can you expect from this challenging job?
As a key player in our pricing team, you'll be responsible for driving revenue optimization and margin performance across our OEM spare parts portfolio. You'll collect, analyze, and interpret complex data sets to inform pricing strategies, monitor market trends, and support business decisions that make a real impact.
Pricing Strategy & Execution
* Design and implement pricing strategies that align with business goals.
* Develop models for pricing and reimbursement of new and existing products.
Data Analysis & Market Intelligence
* Analyze sales performance, competitor pricing, and inventory trends.
* Translate insights into actionable pricing recommendations.
Reporting & Insights
* Deliver clear, data-driven reports and dashboards to support decision-making.
* Track KPIs and pricing performance to drive continuous improvement.
Collaboration & Change Management
* Partner with internal stakeholders to align global and local pricing policies.
* Support change initiatives with data analysis and progress monitoring.
Operational Excellence
* Maintain accurate price records and ensure consistency across models/options.
* Improve pricing tools and processes to enhance efficiency and transparency.

* Strong analytical skills and a passion for data-driven decision-making.
* Experience in pricing, financial analysis, or business intelligence.
* Knowledge and experience in aftermarket (automotive, equipment, parts) is a must.
* Proficiency in Excel, BI tools, and data visualization platforms.
* A strategic mindset with the ability to manage complexity and ambiguity.
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
* Language skills: English (mandatory) and any other European language (bonus).
