Translating complex business needs into clear functional designs and system configurations.
Advising stakeholders on best practices, system capabilities, and process optimization.
Conducting workshops, fit-gap analyses, solution design sessions, and documentation.
Collaborating with architects and developers to ensure solution consistency and quality.
C onfiguring and customize D365 Finance modules ( Ac c ounts Payable, Receivables, General Ledger, Fixed Assets, etc. ).
Supporting data migration, testing cycles, integration design, and UAT.
Provide leadership and coaching to junior consultants.
Ensure solutions are aligned to industry standards, security guidelines, and project methodology.
Act as a trusted advisor, driving digital transformation and user adoption.
As Advisory Technology Consulting is growing, our ambition is to grow in our Microsoft BizApps practice. We are looking for a highly experienced Dynamics 365 Finance Manager to lead and support the implementation, optimization, and continuous improvement of Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management. You will work closely with business stakeholders, solution architects, and technical teams to translate business requirements into scalable, high-quality solutions. This role is ideal for someone with deep functional expertise, a hands-on approach, and strong communication and leadership skills.
Your impact

About you
You have minimum 5 years of hands‑on experience implementing Dynamics 365 Finance.
You have a strong Finance functional knowledge.
You have proven experience delivering full lifecycle ERP projects.
You have strong analytical skills and ability to solve complex business challenges.
You have experience working with Power Platform, integrations, and data migration tools.
You have excellent communication skills; able to engage with C‑level stakeholders and end users.
You have strong documentation, workshop, and presentation capabilities.
You are fluent in English (and Dutch/French is a must).
