Experienced Talent Acquisition Professional / HR Business Partner for Krones FBL (France, Belgium, Luxembourg). Krones FBL is a subsidiary of the Krones Group, a leading international player in the production, sale and servicing of machines and plants for the beverage and liquid food industries. Krones FBL is currently (f/m/x) looking for a Team Lead Project Management Change Parts.
Mission / Scope:
The Change Parts business of Krones FBL is a technically diverse and evolving domain, covering:
* New format parts for adapting existing machinery to new packaging formats, such as bottles or labels.
* Obsolete parts, requiring tailored engineering studies due to incompatibility with standard replacements.
* Upgrades, including automation enhancements, safety improvements, and environmental optimizations for reducing resource consumption and enhancing ecological impact.
All projects within the Change Parts business are managed by a dedicated team of 5 Project Managers, located in Louvain-la-Neuve (Belgium) and Viviers-du-Lac (France). As Team Lead Project Management Change Parts, you will lead and empower a team of Project Managers across Belgium and France, while actively managing your own projects.
You are accountable for the end-to-end success of Change Parts, Retrofits, and Obsolete Parts Projects — from offer to customer payment — for all customers of Krones FBL. You ensure your team is motivated, supported, and aligned with clear objectives, with workload management and regular performance follow-up. You will also remain hands-on in project execution, maintaining direct involvement in customer interactions, internal coordination, and technical follow-up.
The Team Lead Project Management Change Parts will be based in Belgium and report to the Head of Sales Life Cycle Services (LCS).
Key Responsibilities:
As People Manager:
* Lead, coach, and develop a team of Project Managers spread over Belgium and France.
* Ensure clear communication between the team and both customers and internal stakeholders (Sales LCS, Service Installation, Customer Care Management).
* Steer and monitor all ongoing quotes and orders handled by the team, ensuring consistency, quality, and timely execution.
* Support individual development through mentoring, training, and performance feedback.
* Organize regular team meetings and one-on-one sessions to foster engagement, alignment, and continuous improvement.
* Act as a point of escalation for complex project issues and customer interactions.
As Project Manager:
* Manage your own portfolio of Change Parts projects, from initial quote to final customer payment.
* Gather all necessary information from customers and sales to initiate accurate and tailored quotations.
* Collaborate with product specialists and customers to define the best technical and commercial solution.
* Collect customer documentation, Purchase Orders, samples, backups etc to prepare and launch orders.
* Coordinate closely with Krones AG business units to ensure proper order processing and technical alignment.
* Monitor shipment timelines and product quality, ensuring customer expectations are met.
* Maintain accurate data entry in SAP workflows to support offer and order processing.
* Align pricing with inputs from Krones AG and local guidelines; final margin negotiation remains with the sales department.
* Organize project kick-offs and clarify scope, budget, and timelines with internal stakeholders and customers.
* Maintain regular contact with Krones AG and internal departments (Sales LCS, Service Installation, Customer Care Management) for clarification and coordination.
* Ensure all project components are clearly communicated and confirmed with customers and relevant partners, including external suppliers.
* Track and respect internal deadlines and lead times.
* Conduct site visits when needed for clarification, sample collection, or customer alignment.
* Travel to Krones AG sites for training or networking / technical coordination when required.
Profile:
* You have a Bachelor or Master degree in Industrial Sciences, Electronics or Electromechanics combined with relevant experience in an industrial (agri-food or drinks) environment.
* Solid understanding of Krones technology and third-party machinery or willingness to take a deep dive into the Krones world to familiarize with all aspects of our business and customer solutions.
* Fluent in French and English; Dutch is an asset for Belgian operations, and German is a plus for collaboration with head quarters in Germany.
* You do not need sponsorship for working in Belgium.
* You inspire and guide people, fostering development, accountability, and collaboration. A minimum of three years’ experience in coaching others is required.
* Self-driven and proactive, with a natural sense of ownership and initiative to move things forward.
* Understand the commercial and strategic impact of decisions and align project execution with business goals.

* Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects, timelines, and stakeholders simultaneously. Proven experience as Technical Project Manager.

* Skilled in SAP, CRM tools (such as Salesforce), and Microsoft Office.
* You bring fresh perspectives to complex challenges, always aiming to maximize customer satisfaction.
* As Team Lead PM Change Parts your time will be divided between occasional customer visits, home office and a regular presence in the offices (mainly in Belgium but also in France).
