* Designing, analyzing, optimizing, or testing engineering systems and components.
* Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams across various industries.
* Contributing technical expertise throughout the project lifecycle.
* Reporting on progress and offering insights to team leads and clients.
* Your projects will depend on your background and interests, giving you variety, challenge, and the chance to grow.

* A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (any discipline).
* Minimum 1 year of experience working at an engineering consulting firm.
* An adaptable mindset and a willingness to take on diverse technical challenges.
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
* Fluency in English (Dutch or French is a strong asset).
