We are currently looking for a Senior Business Analyst – Fraud Cluster for one of our clients in the banking sector.
Business Analysis & Requirements Management
Lead end-to-end business analysis activities in alignment with the product owners’ priorities.
Collect, challenge, and document business requirements while ensuring efficiency, strategic fit, and customer experience alignment.
Translate business needs into functional requirements that guide developers, architects, and functional analysts.
Support end-to-end testing of new functionalities, monitor progress, and manage issues and risks.
Process & Data Modelling
Analyse and document new business processes and data models using modelling techniques (UML, Visio, mock-ups…).
Ensure consistency and clarity in process flows and data mapping throughout the project lifecycle.
Support business teams during go-live and adoption of new fraud prevention solutions.
At least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, ideally combined with project management responsibilities.
Experience in fraud prevention and detection within the banking sector is a strong asset.
Education & Languages
Master’s degree or equivalent experience.
Strong written and spoken communication skills in French, Dutch, and English.
