The Mission
Vitruve is at a pivotal moment. We are evolving from being the gold standard in VBT hardware to becoming the All-in-One SaaS platform for Strength & Conditioning (S&C). Our technology is already trusted by the NBA, Premier League, and elite High Schools across the US.
We are looking for a Growth & E-commerce Lead to transition our marketing operations in-house and own the entire digital acquisition funnel. You will be responsible for taking our current baseline, optimizing our Shopify ecosystem, and scaling our paid media spend as you prove out the ROI.
The Role: Impact & Responsibilities
This is a "player-coach" role with a high level of execution. You will have the autonomy to build the strategy and the technical skill t o execute it.
* Full-Funnel Ownership: Manage and optimize our Paid Search and Paid Social accounts (Meta & Google). You’ll start with the clear mandate to scale budget this as you hit performance milestones.
* YouTube Ads Launchpad: Lead our expansion into YouTube Ads. You’ll identify the right creative angles to reach coaches and athletes and build this channel from the ground up.
* A Hacker, Not a Manager: You are a builder. You have personally managed budgets between €10k–€50k/month in B2B/SaaS or E-commerce startups. You don't wait for a dev team; you get your hands dirty configuring the Pixel, GTM, and the Conversions API (CAPI) yourself.
* Geographic Arbitrage: The US represents 40% of our sales, but Europe is our profitability leader. Your job is to dynamically shift budgets where the ROAS and MER make the most sense. You must be bold enough to break the current structure if that’s what it takes to find the optimal ROI.
* Data Strategy: Own the tracking (GTM, CAPI) and reporting. We don't care about vanity metrics; we care about the Marketing Efficiency Ratio (MER) and the impact on the bottom line.
* SaaS Transition: Help us bridge the gap between hardware sales and our new recurring revenue models.
* E commerce & CRO: Our Shopify store is the heart of our revenue. You will lead Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) efforts—running A/B tests, improving landing pages, and streamlining the checkout flow to boost our current conversion rate.
Who You Are
* The Growth Hacker: You have a track record of scaling E commerce or SaaS brands. You are comfortable being "hands-on" with the tools.
* Analytical & Scientific: You don't guess; you test. You understand attribution, cohort analysis, and how to read the story behind the data.
* Technical Shopify User: You know your way around Shopify’s backend and apps, and you understand how to optimize a store for high-ticket hardware.
* C1 English: Our primary market is the US. You must be able to craft compelling, high-converting copy that resonates with elite American strength coaches.
* Fitness Enthusiast: You understand the world of S&C. Knowing what VBT (Velocity Based Training) is will give you a significant head start.
