About the Company AZQORE SA is a subsidiary of Indosuez Wealth Management, part of the Crédit Agricole Group, and Capgemini. We specialise in information systems outsourcing and banking operations processing for private banking players, providing integrated digital banking products and services through our S2i platform. Our operations are based in Switzerland, Singapore and Portugal, with a strong focus on excellence and client satisfaction.
The Role The Head of Securities will be responsible for launching and leading the securities operations function from scratch in Lisbon, working closely with our experienced team in Switzerland.
Responsibilities Process and control the complete range of securities functions, including masterfile, settlement & derivatives, transfer, corporate actions and income tax.
Ensure operational efficiency, quality service delivery and low operational risk.
Align the securities operations team to company goals and vision.
Act as the point of contact for clients on all securities operations queries, concerns and issues.
Lead Azqore operations projects and initiatives as necessary.
Drive cross‐border collaboration and strengthen communication channels with the Swiss team.
Enhance client service standards and propose value‐add solutions to impact profitability.
Qualifications Fluency in English and French.
At least a bachelor's degree (preferred master's) in accountancy, banking or finance.
Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in securities operations and at least 5 years of people‐management experience.
Strong client‐service orientation, stakeholder management and communication skills.
Risk‐awareness, technical knowledge of the S2i system and a process‐excellence mindset.
Adaptability, resilience and a change‐mindset.
