The Warehousing & Logistics Manager ensures availability, compliance and movement of aircraft parts and tooling to support uninterrupted maintenance operations, leading warehousing, logistics, customs and dangerous goods activities within an aviation environment.
Tasks
1. Manage the end-to-end logistics lifecycle for aircraft parts and tooling
2. Lead warehouse and inventory operations across multiple storage locations
3. Ensure stock accuracy, traceability and operational readiness
4. Oversee global freight flows, including time-critical AOG shipments
5. Manage logistics providers, contracts and transport performance
6. Ensure compliance with customs, export control and dangerous goods regulations
7. Maintain audit-ready documentation and liaise with authorities
8. Lead regulatory audits (EASA/FAA/IATA) and continuous improvement initiatives
9. Manage and develop a team of approximately 20 FTE
10. Ensure AOG support outside office hours

Requirements
11. Bachelor in Industrial or Civil Engineering and/or Business Administration, or equivalent experience
12. Minimum 5 years’ experience in logistics or supply chain, ideally within aviation maintenance
13. Proven leadership experience in an operational environment
14. Strong knowledge of logistics, airworthiness and regulatory compliance
15. Experience with Dangerous Goods and customs regulations
16. Understanding of cost accounting and financial impact
17. Strong analytical, negotiation and stakeholder management skills
18. Fluent in English; Dutch and/or French is a plus
19. AMOS or ERP system knowledge
20. Hands-on, solution-oriented mindset with high ownership and integrity
