As a Management Assistant & Office Manager, you will ensure seamless team operations, foster collaboration, and enhance organizational efficiency in a dynamic, international environment. Your responsibilities include:
* Supporting teams with administrative tasks, calendar management, and meeting coordination.
* Organizing domestic and international travel arrangements.
* Managing invoices, expense reports, and creating reports/presentations.
* Streamlining operational tools and improving procedures.
* Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders for effective communication.
* Overseeing office supplies, space organization, and fostering a vibrant work environment.
* A previous experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role, ideally in professional services.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and Adobe Acrobat.
* Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
* A positive, team-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently.
* Experience in global or multicultural business contexts.
* Fluent in English with a proficient level in either French or Dutch.
