For the Service Market Logistics team, we are looking for a colleague to support the Back Order Recovery process. This temporary assignment runs from 4 May to 15 September and offers you the opportunity to contribute to a key part of the global service‑parts supply chain. Your new role As a BOR Coordinator, you ensure that parts on backorder are recovered as quickly as possible. You work closely with service centres, dealers and internal stakeholders to gather information, communicate updates and follow up on actions. Your work has a direct impact on parts availability and customer satisfaction. Your responsibilities include: Following up backorders and identifying the fastest recovery options Providing service centres with accurate order and delivery information Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders on expected delivery dates Resolving deviations and escalating issues when needed Contributing to digital improvements and more efficient ways of working Supporting strong cross‑functional collaboration within the team Your profile You are analytical, communicative and enjoy solving problems quickly and efficiently. You work well with different stakeholders and maintain oversight even when priorities shift.
