Role Overview
* Position: Account Executive or Business Developer
* Locations: Apeldoorn (you'll work 2–3 days a week in our vibrant office and the rest remotely, giving you the perfect blend of flexibility and collaboration)
* Type: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and develop portfolios for corporate accounts.
* Create and nurture strong relationships with clients.
* Identify and nurture on business opportunities.
* Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional service.
* Drive growth and impact for major clients.
* Gather information and utilise systems to track progress.
* Build and forecast their pathway leading to performance
What We're Looking For
* Strong soft skills, including communication and relationship-building and desire to learn processes and new skills quickly.
* Positive attitude and proactive mindset with an interest in business acumen
* Ability to work smart and stay motivated, influencing stakeholders all levels
* Experience in business development or sales is a plus.
* Passion for creating and seizing business opportunities.
* Right to work in the country where you apply.
* Both fluency in Dutch and English
