Join our dynamic team as a Project Management Officer. As a crucial link between stakeholders, you will ensure seamless project execution and coordination.
About The Role
In this role, the PMO participates actively in ETB meetings, collaborating closely with project managers. Responsibilities include keeping project resources, budgets, and status updated in Sciforma, supporting resource management through effective onboarding, capacity tracking, and tool access. The role manages requests for quotes, invoice payments, and organizes steering committees. Additionally, it handles project documentation, manages communication plans, attends key meetings, and develops action plans for project deliverables.
Key responsibilities
* Liaise and build trust with ETB and 50 Hz project team members.
* Coordinate stakeholders to assign tasks and track progress.
* Organize and prepare slides for steering committees, and document meeting minutes.
* Track and report project KPIs, escalate risks, and manage project documentation.
* Lead project core team meetings and communicate effectively across teams.
* Develop comprehensive project action plans and ensure deadlines are met.
* Identify, manage, and escalate project risks and issues proactively.
What we're looking for
We seek a proactive Project Coordinator with a minimum of 5 years' experience in project management and/or PMO. You should possess strong analytical skills, fluency in English, and either French or Dutch. International IT project delivery experience is a plus.
* Minimum 5 years of experience in Project Management and/or PMO.
* Proficiency with project management tools is a plus (e.g., Jira, Sciforma, etc.).
* Fluent in English and French or Dutch — both spoken and written.
* Experience in international IT project delivery is considered a strong asset.
* Autonomous, with proven ability to manage and meet program deadlines.
* Skilled at building and maintaining relationships with executives, team members, and external partners.
* Solid understanding of budgeting, financial analysis, and resource allocation.
* Knowledge of PMO frameworks and project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
* Excellent communication and coordination abilities across teams and functions.
