At Hays we’re looking for a technically strong and strategically minded professional to lead AI initiatives in a collaborative, international environment.
What you will do:
* Act as a technical mentor and informal leader for a team of Data Scientists.
* Define and lead AI project lifecycles: methodologies, deliverables, KPIs.
* Collaborate with architecture teams to design scalable, business-integrated AI solutions.
* Strengthen MLOps frameworks and ensure smooth model deployment and monitoring.
* Implement responsible AI governance aligned with ethical and regulatory standards.
* Manage cloud-based solutions (preferably GCP), project tools (Jira), and cross-functional teams.
Qualifications:
* Solid experience in AI/ML and MLOps.
* Proven ability to lead end-to-end projects, from definition to cloud implementation (preferably GCP).
* Strong communication and cross-functional leadership skills.
* Fluent English (Spanish is a big plus).
