Our client is an industrial organization based in Tubize, currently undergoing a major internal transformation.
Job Description
Provide administrative and operational support to the change management project.
Participate in change management meetings and ensure proper follow-up of action items.
Coordinate tasks, prepare reports, and support project tracking activities.
Contribute to internal communication related to the transformation program.
Support the structuring and improvement of HR processes in an evolving environment.
The Successful Applicant
A successful HR Assistant Freelance should have:
.Junior profile with strong organizational and structuring skills.
First experience or exposure to change management or project environments.
Good communication skills and ability to work with multiple stakeholders.
Comfortable working in a fast-changing and not yet fully structured context.
Proactive, reliable, and able to work transversally with different teams.
