Ansell is looking for an eCommerce Webshop Manager to join our team in Krakow, PL or Brussels, BE.
In this position you will play a vital role in managing the Ansell EMEA eCommerce store, driving platform development, and achieving revenue targets while ensuring an excellent customer experience. The role includes shaping global platform strategy with IT and regional peers, developing the commercial growth plan, shifting customers to the webshop, and coordinating digital marketing efforts to expand the customer base.

What your role will be?
Collaborating with our cross functional teams, and reporting to the Associate Director Digital Marketing & eCommerce EMAP, you will have the opportunity to:
·Define platform vision and roadmap aligned with business goals.
·Collaborate with technical teams on development, sprints, and bug fixes.
·Own Webshop P&L, managing volume, revenue, and margin targets (Industrial & Medical).
·Lead distributor onboarding and transitions, including end to end relationship (listing, T&C, Negotiations).
·Oversee UX design and customer journey with a CRO focus, working with design teams.
·Partner with Digital Marketing on SEO/SEA, campaigns, and retention strategies.
·Analyze web performance data to drive continuous improvement (GA, Fullstory, SFDC).
·Coordinate with Sales teams to identify and grow online opportunities.
·Develop new digital selling models and strategies to boost engagement.
·Track and manage platform-related requests to meet release deadlines.
·Align with global eCommerce teams to share insights and ensure consistency.
·Lead and coach an eCommerce Specialist for daily platform operations.
What will you bring to Ansell?
·Demonstrated solid experience in Ecommerce with in-depth knowledge of leading commercial eCommerce platforms, both with a business and technical capacity.
·Experience with Salesforce B2B Commerce; familiarity with Magento, Hybris is a plus.
·Strategic, analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills and strong grasp of web technologies, analytics, and CMS processes.
·Commercial and customer-focused mindset with business development drive.
·Skilled in task prioritization and strategic planning.
·Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management abilities.
·Knowledge of CRO and analytics tools (Fullstory, GA, Hotjar) is a plus.
·Fluent in English; German or French is an asset
