We are hiring: Site Supervisor SILO
International projects | Heavy industrial environment | On-site execution
At stow Group, we are looking for a Site Supervisor SILO to lead and control the on-site execution of our silo projects, ensuring safety, quality, planning adherence and financial discipline.
Your mission
As Site Supervisor SILO, you are responsible for the efficient and compliant execution of the on-site project scope, in line with stows QSHE standards and Project Management Methodology.
You act as the operational leader on site and as the ambassador of stow towards clients and stakeholders.
Your key responsibilities
1️ QSHE & Compliance
1. Ensure all activities are executed according to QSHE standards and local legislation
2. Promote a strong safety culture and Lean mindset
3. Guarantee safe and qualitative execution on site
2️ Work preparation & project follow-up
4. Review technical, operational and financial project documentation
5. Prepare mobilization of equipment and manpower
6. Instruct and follow-up the assembly supervisor
7. Identify risks and escalate to the Project Manager
8. Participate in site meetings and inspections
3️ Operational supervision
9. Monitor progress, quality and deviations
10. Manage subcontractors on site
11. Control certifications (equipment & personnel)
12. Ensure compliance with safety and assembly methods
4️ Contract & financial management
13. Support claim management and variation tracking
14. Monitor budget and daily costs
15. Draft progress reports
16. Initiate purchase orders and validate invoices
17. Maintain project data in ERP systems (SAP)
Qualifications
Your profile
18. Experience in industrial construction / steel structures / large-scale installation projects
19. Strong understanding of site safety (QSHE) regulations
20. Proven ability to manage subcontractors and on-site teams
21. Solid financial awareness and cost control mindset
22. Structured, assertive, solution-oriented
23. Willing to work internationally and travel % every week (Monday till Friday)
24. Fluent in Dutch, French, English and/or German
