The Role of a Sales Professional: A Key Account Manager is responsible for developing and maintaining long-term business relationships with top companies in their region. This role involves identifying customer needs, creating strategic solutions, and exceeding sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
* Visiting clients and prospects on location to develop and maintain strong relationships
* Collaborating with internal departments such as Internal Sales, Customer Service, and Marketing to achieve sales goals
* Managing existing customer relationships and acquiring new ones
* Making diagnoses of customer needs and converting them into creative Stepstone solutions
* Meeting assigned sales targets and exceeding them when possible
* Performing daily administrative tasks such as maintaining CRM systems and following up on contacts and offers
Requirements:
* B2B sales experience, preferably within HR or Recruitment
* Proven experience in solution selling and building successful customer relationships at a management level
* Strong stress resistance, autonomy, and results-oriented mindset
* Fluency in Dutch and English, with a good knowledge of French being a plus
