At the same time, being close to our customers is key: you’ll regularly be on the road, working on‑site with customer teams to understand their context, co‑create solutions, and ensure successful delivery. /p h3What you’ll do? /h3 ul liTranslate business strategy into architecture: value streams, capabilities, operating models and roadmaps that actually get executed. /li liBring an outside‑in perspective (market dynamics, sector trends, the CIO's agenda and make it tangible for the client). /li liCollaborate closely with enterprise and IT architects as well as C‑level business stakeholders. You are their sounding board and their navigator. /li liConduct maturity assessments of clients' IT and business landscapes and translate findings into concrete priorities and transformation roadmaps. /li liTap into delaware's broad network of technology and domain experts from SAP to data to cloud to bring the right expertise to the table at the right moment. You are the connector between the client and the collective. /li liSupport the definition of target operating models, governance structures and change plans. /li liActively contribute to our methodology and help shape the growth of the BTA practice. /li /ul pIs there a match? /p pYou can take charge of a situation – that's for sure. You have proven this multiple times in your past few years in a leadership role. You can lead a team, are able to motivate people and find your way within the organization, have a proper network to kickstart the CIO advisory service. /p pIf a problem arises, you are efficient, analytical and can show quick problem‑solving skills as a result. You have strong strategic ambitions and are eager to work in a client‑facing, quality‑driven environment. /p h3Qualifications /h3 ul liYou hold a master’s degree (business, computer science or equivalent) and have 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in enterprise or business architecture, preferably in a consulting environment. /li liYou are at home with architectural concepts such as value streams, capabilities and process modelling. A certification (TOGAF, BIZBOK or equivalent) is a plus. /li liYou have hands‑on experience with EA tools such as LeanIX, Signavio or comparable platforms. /li liYou combine strong analytical thinking with a genuine feel for the human and organisational side of change. /li liYou are familiar with digital transformation programmes and ERP/CRM/MES implementations. /li liYou are fluent in English.
