As a Project Engineer E&I (Electricity & Instrumentation), you are responsible for the design, coordination and implementation of projects related to electrical installations and instrumentation systems. You will work with major players in process industries (chemicals, pharma, agro, oil & gas) or within the energy sector (production, distribution, renewables).
You will play a key role in the technical execution of projects, ensuring compliance, safety and operational performance.
ABOUT THE POSITION:
* Contribute to the design, specification and sizing of electrical and instrumentation installations.
* Review technical drawings, electrical diagrams, instrument lists, calculation notes, etc.
* Prepare technical documentation, specifications, purchase requirements and construction packages.
* Track the technical, quality and scheduling aspects of ongoing projects.
* Coordinate activities between internal teams, suppliers, contractors and the client.
* Provide site follow‐up, check installation compliance, and participate in testing/commissioning (FAT/SAT).
* Ensure compliance with applicable standards (AREI/RGIE, IEC, ATEX...).
* Support continuous improvement of engineering methods and technical standards.
ABOUT YOU:
* 4 to 8 years of experience in E&I engineering within an industrial environment.
* Strong knowledge of low- and medium-voltage installations, instrumentation and control systems.
* Experience in one or more sectors: chemicals, pharma, oil & gas, energy, utilities, agro...
* Familiarity with relevant standards and regulations (AREI/RGIE, IEC, ATEX...).
* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
* Proactive mindset, autonomy, effective communication and problem-solving attitude.
* Dutch and English.
