Act as the main point of contact for our Italian and Romanian customers: resolve issues, answer questions, and ensure careful follow-up.
Strengthen service quality: collect feedback, identify inefficiencies, and explain our way of working clearly to customers.
Safeguard financial flow: support payment follow-up, handle invoice questions, and clarify tax-related topics together with our credit team.
Stay focused and organized: manage shifting priorities in a fast-moving, detail-oriented environment.

Fluent in Italian, Romanian and English (spoken and written), any additional language is an asset
Experience in a customer-focused role
Structured, accurate, and always a step ahead
