A leading consultancy in Brussels is seeking a Business Analyst to support the integration of new portfolios following mergers, acquisitions, or strategic partnerships within an insurance company. The role involves bridging business needs and technical implementation to ensure smooth onboarding of insurance products, policies, and operations into the existing ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead business analysis activities related to portfolio integration projects
* Gather and document business and functional requirements across teams (actuarial, operations, IT)
* Map and analyze legacy portfolio data, systems, and processes
* Define target operating models and support data migration and system alignment
* Collaborate with project managers, IT, and business stakeholders to ensure timely delivery
* Support UAT, change management, and post-integration analysis
Profile:
* 3–7 years’ experience as a Business Analyst, ideally in insurance
* Experience with portfolio or policy integration, mergers, or system migrations
* Strong understanding of insurance products, operations, and regulatory environment
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* Fluent in English and French or Dutch
