About the Role We're looking for a seasoned SAP Security & Authorizations Consultant to support a large scale digital transformation at one of our top-tier clients in Brussels. You’ll play a key role in SAP CDC, S/4HANA, and MDG environments, ensuring governance, compliance, and security across critical business processes.
This role goes beyond checkboxes – we’re looking for someone who can combine technical mastery with practical experience, communicate with stakeholders, and thrive in a hybrid work setup.
Your Responsibilities
Design and implement security roles and authorizations in SAP (including S/4HANA, ECC, CRM, FIORI)
Work with Segregation of Duties (SoD) and compliance audits
Collaborate on SAP MDG / Master Data governance and lifecycle implementations
Handle SAP CDC integration and configurations
Work with functional and technical teams to define specs and debug where needed
Support master data migration using LSMW & Mass Change techniques
Ensure alignment with BRF rules and RACI models within complex stakeholder environments
Your Skillset
~5+ years proven experience as SAP Authorization Consultant
~3+ years with SAP CDC
~3+ years in SAP FIORI concept
~ Experience with SAP CRM / S/4HANA / ECC / Sales & Service Cloud
~2+ years in SAP S/4HANA security architecture
~ Strong background in SAP MDG (3+ full lifecycle implementations)
~ Solid ABAP understanding (debugging, functional + technical specs)
~ Familiarity with BRF, RACI, Mass Change tools
~ Fluent in English + spoken Dutch or French
~ Available onsite in Brussels min. 2x/week
