The Miles Enterprise Suite is on a mission: to evolve with the fast-paced world of leasing, fleet management, and mobility services. As Sofico ventures into new verticals, we're assembling a fresh team to tackle the quirks of truck and equipment leasing, think trucks, excavators, and material handling beasts.
As a software engineer, you'll adapt Miles Enterprise Core to the unique challenges of truck and equipment leasing. From multi-element assets to self-managed maintenance.
Your responsibilities will include:
Develop new features for truck and equipment leasing
Collaborate with fellow engineers in an agile Scrum team, participating in stand-ups, backlog refinements, and retrospectives
Work closely with Product Owners to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions
Contribute to the global developer community, sharing best practices and driving innovation
Analyzing existing code and designing technical solutions based on functional requirements

What else is expected:
Proven experience as a Software Engineer in a professional environment
Expertise in Java 17, Java EE7, and Java frameworks
Solid understanding of relational databases such as Oracle, MSSQL, or Postgres
Experience with Microservices architecture
Fluent in English, as the role requires interaction with international teams
