The project:Our client in the banking sector, is seeking an experienced Senior Ethical Hacker / Red Team Operator to strengthen their team.
Key responsibilities:Architecture & Strategy TranslationTranslate business capabilities into IT roadmaps and architecture blueprintsConvert complex business processes into actionable technical designsWork in close collaboration with Business Architecture
Governance & StandardsDefine and enforce architecture principles and standardsPresent and defend architectural decisions in Architecture Review Boards (ARB)Maintain Architectural Decision Records (ADRs)Control technical debt and ensure long-term consistency
Portfolio ManagementMaintain the Asset IT portfolio within the enterprise architecture repositoryPerform portfolio assessments (e.g. Gartner TIME, 6R )Identify opportunities for reuse and optimizationEnsure alignment across build, run, evolve, and retire phases
Strategic AdvisoryConduct trade-off analyses (cost, risk, complexity, value)Support executive decision-makingDefine and maintain domain roadmapsAdvise senior stakeholders on long-term architectural impacts
Data, Integration & Information ArchitectureGovern data models, integration patterns, and data ownershipEnsure interoperability between:Enterprise systemsControl systemsAnalytics platformsGuarantee data quality and semantic consistency
Security, Resilience & ComplianceEmbed security, availability, and resilience requirementsEnsure compliance with regulatory and cyber-security constraintsDefine business continuity and disaster recovery architectures
