Job Description
As a Customer Service Assistant, you are the first point of contact for our customers and ensure smooth handling of their questions and orders. You will work closely with the Customer Care team and, depending on your ambitions and performance, you will have the opportunity to grow into the role.Your Responsibilities
* Handle incoming phone calls and emails related to shipment follow‑up, after‑sales questions, return requests, etc.
* Manage the full return process: organizing pick‑ups, receiving returned goods, checking products, issuing credit notes, and arranging shipments back.
* Oversee after‑sales service for items requiring repair: sending products to repair centers, tracking repair progress, and returning repaired items to customers.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure optimal customer satisfaction.
* Growth path: after a successful onboarding period, you will have the opportunity to take on additional responsibilities.
The Successful Applicant
We are looking for a Customer Service Assistant that :
* You are customer‑oriented, friendly on the phone, and comfortable with direct contact.
* You are Dutch‑speaking with a very good command of French; English is a plus.
* You have strong organizational and time‑management skills.
* You are proactive, enjoy teamwork, and are happy to support colleagues when needed.
* You are versatile and thrive in a dynamic environment.
* You have basic knowledge of Word and Excel
