Job Description:
This role plays a key part in supporting healthcare customers and building strong relationships across the medical sector.
You will be the first point of contact for hospitals, pharmacies, and medical institutions, assisting with inquiries, orders, and aftersales support.
In addition, you will visit clients to provide guidance on our radiopharmaceutical products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
* Customer Support:
o Respond to inquiries related to orders, deliveries, and product information.
o Support administrative tasks such as quotations, public tenders, and contract management.
o Handle complaints and proactively offer customer-focused solutions.
o Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues efficiently.
o Process and manage order entries
* Sales & Relationship Management:
o Visit hospitals, nuclear medicine departments, and pharmacies.
o Advise clients on product usage and benefits for patient care.
o Maintain and grow existing customer relationships.
o Identify market trends and new business opportunities.
o Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to meet strategic objectives.
