Service Delivery Manager
to act as the key liaison for our valued customers. You will drive excellence in service delivery, enhance customer satisfaction, and lead a team dedicated to continuous improvement.
You bring a strong operational background, a passion for client engagement, and the ability to manage local customers while coordinating near‑shore and offshore delivery teams within a Managed Services model.
What Will You Do?
Act as the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring outstanding customer experience.
Manage all service delivery and P&L requirements and procedures for your assigned customers.
Ensure high customer satisfaction through proactive and effective service delivery.
Establish, monitor, and maintain customer service levels and KPIs.
Manage and develop customer relationships while guiding the delivery team.
Lead, coach, and motivate service delivery teams to deliver seamless operations.
Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery and optimize client outcomes.
Collaborate closely with sales, consulting, and technical teams to ensure business alignment
Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly and professionally.
Drive operational excellence and contribute to advancing Managed Services strategy.
We Ask:
Fluency in Dutch and English is required.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Service Delivery, Service Management, IT support, Customer Service, or Engagement Management.
Proven success in managing customer success or Managed Services.
Experience with ServiceNow, ITSM platforms, and modern service delivery tools.
Strong operational background with analytical and improvement‑oriented mindset.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills - customer‑centric and proactive attitude.
Ability to lead distributed teams and collaborate across functions and locations.
A commitment to continuous learning and innovation to improve service outcomes.
